Where Spirit Meets the Bone

Body-centered Practices for Moving from Duality to Wholeness

(Scroll down for Registration Form.)

Our bodies are designed to be present. When we honor both our thinking mind and our bodily sensations, we unlock a deeper harmony. We touch into a grounded, unconditional joy that doesn’t depend on outer conditions.

In this Pathwork workshop, we explore techniques to bridge the apparent duality between how we think and talk about our experiences and our bodies’ direct experience.

By blending cognitive insight with embodied awareness, we experience a new state of relaxation.

Join Pathwork Helper Mary Stokes and experience what it is like to:

  1. Calm your nervous system and quiet the restless mind
  2. Experience deeper levels of relaxation and presence
  3. Clarify healthy boundaries required for self-care and healthy relationships
  4. Use simple body-centered tools to create ease and well-being
