Learning Opportunities

There are many opportunities for deepening your integration of Pathwork® concepts. Here are some, in rough order from beginner to advanced. Check the Events Calendar for specifics.

First Wednesdays and Pathwork Principles

Every Wednesday, every year, from October to June there is a 35-minute discussion group (Pathwork Principles, open to all; geared more for beginners) followed by a two-hour lecture. You can attend either or both.

You do not need to RSVP just show up. There is no fee for either of these, although a donation is welcome to cover our costs. Any money generated goes to make programs available to those who would not otherwise be able to afford them.

Pathwork Lectures in the Pittsburgh Area

There are various lectures given by Pathwork Teachers in the region. Check the Events Calendar for specifics.

Pathwork Beginner Groups

From time-to-time, beginners groups are held in the region, typically lasting from 4-10 weeks. These are facilitated by Pathwork Teachers. Check the Events Calendar for specifics.

Pathwork Self-study

Of course, you can always study the lectures by yourself and/or read one of the many excellent Pathwork books.

Pathwork Study Group

Anyone can form a study group. This is a great way to deepen your Pathwork education. Sometimes these are held by teachers as well.

Pathwork Immersion Days

A Pathwork Immersion Day is a day-long event offered to the public led by a Pathwork Teacher. It provides a much deeper dive into one or more lectures. The day may consist of any combination of lecture, group discussion, meditation, journaling, or other learning method. The fee is intentionally set at a relatively nominal amount to encourage attendance by those who are new to Pathwork. Check the Events Calendar to see when the next ones are scheduled.

Workshops

Pathwork workshops are led by Pathwork Helpers. They vary in length and cost. Some are open to beginners while others are only available to advanced Pathworkers. Workshopsmay consist of any combination of lecture, group discussion, meditation, journaling, or other learning method. They also include processing an experience where a Pathwork Helper will assist a participant as he or she explores feelings, often very deeply. Workshops tend to be very intimate and magical, and many people experience significant and lasting shifts in their lives by participating in them. A typical workshop has 12-18 participants. Check the Events Calendar to see when the next ones are scheduled.

Advanced Training

Advanced training is available to experienced Pathworkers as follows.

Transformation Program: This is an intensive, multi-year program for those prepared to truly transform their lives. Led by one or more Pathwork Helpers, it typically includes monthly weekend workshops and lecture study in between workshops. The standard program takes five years and the accelerated program takes two-and-a-half years. The minimum prerequisites (there maybe others) are to have participated in at least two Pathwork Workshops and to have had at least two Helper sessions with a Pathwork Helper. Currently, there is a Transformation Program planned starting in the fall of 2020. If you are interested, please contact us.

Teacher Training: Once you complete a Transformation Program you may be able to enter Teacher Training. This is a one-year program to prepare individuals to teach Pathwork lectures. Currently, there is a Teacher Training Program that started in the fall of 2019. If you are interested in future trainings, please contact us.

Helpership Training: Once you complete a Teacher Training you may be able to enter Helpership Training. This is a three-year program (followed by supervision and other advanced training) to prepare individuals to become Pathwork Helpers. If you are interested in learning more, please contact us.
