Moving from Self-Regulation to Right Relationship
(Scroll down for details.)
In this experiential workshop, we explore integrity as alignment between our thoughts, feelings and actions. This alignment connects us with our intuition as an embodied inner knowing that guides us toward authentic connection and right relationship with ourselves and others.
We will open to the still voice within – a quiet, embodied knowing that is precise, relational, and in service of truth.
Individually and collectively, we will:
- Deepen our understanding of the body as a guide for transformation
- Settle the nervous system to restore balance and inner coherence
- Cultivate body-based integrity through attention to perception, posture, and movement
- Learn to respond rather than react
- Develop practices that support embodied wisdom as a steady guide for conscious, heartfelt choices
Together, we will practice meeting each moment with presence, integrity, and grounded connection.
More than ever, the world needs us to do our part – to develop the capacity to return to self-regulated, heartfelt coherence within ourselves and our communities.
