Living a Life of Integrity

From Self-Regulation to Right Relationship

(Scroll down for details.)

Intuition does not come from above. It arises when the personality is regulated, associated, and aligned with the deeper current of the Self.

When the nervous system settles, our perception opens and becomes more trustworthy. From this congruence, our mind, body, emotions, and spiritual intention can come into integrity, allowing clarity to emerge without effort.

In this workshop, we explore intuition as a byproduct of self-regulation. We observe how unresolved past experience pulls consciousness out of the present, subtly distorting perception, contact, and response.

Through embodied inquiry, we sense from where we are meeting life – Lower Self, Mask, or Higher Self – and how each inner position shapes relationship, truthfulness, and action.

We also explore the difference between defense and integrity. Our defenses fragment the personality, constrict the body, and narrow our perception of the present. Integrity supports association, responsiveness, and right relationship – within the self and in contact with others.

As we remain present and integrated, intuition reveals itself not as impulse or reaction, but as a quiet, embodied knowing – precise, relational, and in service of truth.

This workshop is experiential and inquiry-based, inviting curiosity, self-responsibility, and presence.

Please join us in expanding our capacity to meet the present moment with integrity and find right relationship with ourselves and others. The world needs us to do this work both on our own and together.
