This workshop will open a gentle, respectful space in which to begin exploring shame and how it lives in our body and mind. With the support of the group, we’ll take steps toward acceptance and healing through movement, art and personal introspection.

Your healing journey will begin the moment you enroll. Prep work will be sent in advance to support your deepening into your experience. Space is limited.
