Finding the Rhythm of Life: Knowing When to Act and When to Let Go

(Scroll down for details)

In this workshop, based on Pathwork lecture #163: Mind Activity and Mind Receptivity, we will explore how we are compulsively geared towards either being overly active or stagnant. The forces of activity and receptivity, when in a natural, balanced rhythm, create a life of fluidity. We gain more ease as we learn to trust our intuition – rather than act out of fear and control.
