Description:
The Pathwork Guides teaches us: “The great freedom of coming home, my friends, is finding your way back to the real you… You must be lost and remain lost until you find the way into the center of your being.”
“Yet the state of self-alienation — that of not being one’s real self — is so predominant that its symptoms do not stand out…they pass you by unnoticed simply because they are so general that they are assumed to be normal.” (PL #95)
So how can we know when we are alienated from ourselves and how do find our way to our Real Self – the center of our being that can help us truly master life?
In this workshop, we’ll explore together:
- What are the signs of self-alienation?
- What most keeps us from finding our Real Self?
- How can we distinguish our true being from our false self?
- How can we live more and more from our inner center versus outer self?
This workshop will be led by Amy Rhett and is open to those who are new to Pathwork – as well as to experienced Pathworkers. There will be a maximum of 18 participants.
Amy Rhett is a Pathwork Helper and Spiritual Leader of the Philadelphia Pathwork. Besides leading workshops, graduate programs, and trainings, she started the Pathwork Summer Institute, which provides week-long immersion programs with master Pathwork teachers. She will be helping to lead the upcoming Pittsburgh Transformation Program beginning in the fall of 2022.
