A Pathwork Workshop given by: Sue Van Doeren and 10 Pittsburgh Pathwork Teachers
Whether you know it or not, you are constantly creating your life. Your actions and reactions are determined by your goals and attitudes, by your feelings, and by your conscious and unconscious opinions and convictions.
The question isn’t “Can you create your life?” You are already doing that! The question is: Can you move your creation to consciousness in a way that allows you to create the life you really want? This is the essence of the workshop.
You don’t have to wait until some life-threatening calamity strikes. You can create a life you love now. Mary Oliver said, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn and practice using active meditation as a tool for self-transformation and creation.
- Begin to uncover and transform the way you resist your growth and evolution.
- Leave with tools and skills to continue the work to claim your one wild and precious life.
Recommended Pre-work: Read lecture #194 Meditation: Its Laws and Various Approaches. Identify something you want to create in your life for which you have a powerful longing. Write a short paragraph describing this longing and submit to Sue Van Doeren (email@example.com) by August 31, 2019.
