First Wednesday banner by Bill

Location: Friends Meeting House, 4836 Ellsworth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213
Time: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (come early and mingle)

These two-hour lectures are introduced by Sue Van Doeren and given by various Pathwork Teachers. Admission is free and all are welcome. Come early to mingle and enjoy treats graciously provided by Tazza D’Oro.

This year’s lectures are focused on the theme: From Division to Inclusion. As we experience the pain of a nation that today is as divided as ever, Pathwork principles call us to look inward for solutions. We ask ourselves: what are we doing and how are we being individually that fosters division – and how can we mature spiritually to bring about greater inclusion?

We recommend you read the lectures prior to attending to get the most from the lecture, but this is not necessary.  To read all the details, click here.

A Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday Workshop

The aim and practice of the Pathwork is to savor life. To fully savor life, we need to meet it as it is experienced in the moment, in an undefended way. This means that in that moment, we have access to a full range of feelings in response to the pleasant and unpleasant situations that life delivers. Our feelings are the portal to our deeper True Self.

Most of us experience fear or other unwanted feelings of pain, rage, fear, loneliness or despair, and so we block this organic movement of the feeling body. This blocking not only limits our capacity to be fulfilled, but also attracts stronger and stronger doses of what we have denied and avoided.

Brian O’Donnell is one of the most in-demand Pathwork Helpers in the world. He resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan and regularly leads Pathwork workshops and advanced trainings all over the globe.
