First Wednesday – Jan. 7, 2015 – All Are Welcome!

Dear Pathworkers,

I’m very excited to start 2015 off with such a great, accessible, lecture: # 97 – Perfectionism Obstructs Happiness. In this lecture, we’ll learn how we torture ourselves in a constant struggle between striving for perfection (which is unattainable), beating ourselves up because we’re flawed, and all the resentment, negotiation and justification in between. And we’ll learn the path to acceptance, peace and happiness.

As always, you, and your friends, are encouraged to read the lecture – but it’s not required to participate and receive a lot from the evening.

Recommended (optional) homework:  Make a list of the imperfectness in yourself, in others in your life and in the world that you refuse to accept.

If there is someone you know who would resonate with this work, this Wednesday will be a great event to introduce newcomers to Pathwork.
